  2. ###  chinfo <user> [info-line]
  3.    sets the information line for a user.  this line is shown via /msg
  4.    commands 'who' and 'whois', and if you have set greet on, it is 
  5.    shown when a user joins the channel.  if the info line begins with a
  6.    '@', then it is "locked", and that user may no longer change it.
  7. ###  chinfo <user> none
  8.    erases a user's info line.
  9.
